These terms apply to any quote, order or service arranged through Embroidery Byron Bay ("we", "us").

Quotes

Submitting a "Get a Quote" enquiry does not create a binding order. A quote is only confirmed once we've agreed on pricing, quantity and artwork with you directly, typically by email or phone.

Artwork & approval

We'll digitise your logo and provide a sample or mock-up for your approval before full production begins. Production only starts once you've approved the sample. Please check spelling, colours and placement carefully before approving — reproduction of an approved sample is not covered by a refund or remake.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times we provide are estimates only and may vary based on order size, supplier stock availability, and current workload. We'll let you know as early as possible if there's likely to be a delay.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time your quote is accepted.

Supplied blank products

Where garments or products are sourced from a third-party supplier, those products remain subject to that supplier's own availability, sizing and quality standards.

Intellectual property

Any logo or artwork you provide remains your property. By providing it to us, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of completing your order.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
